CRM Systems and Processes Manager -
Be accountable and responsible for the effective management of the CRM system and its processes for the organisation and the Sales and Marketing Team.
Maintenance and Coordination of Communication Devices -
Be accountable and responsible for the maintenance and coordination of communication devices to include printed, internally produced and online.
Copy Writing/Coordination On Demand and as per Requirements -
Coordinate and produce copy as required for communication material including letters, manuals, web, intranet, eDMs, presentations, brochures and other items as required to fulfil strategy and business development requirements.
Referral Marketing Reporting through CRM Systems and Management -
